WebJun 5, 2024 · This is the first thing I've ever contacted Disney about, so I don't know what a common time frame is when you use the email form. As I mentioned on another post, "Disney MaxPass Refunds" is an option in the drop-down box to select your email subject, so they seem to be expecting these requests.
