WebMar 14, 2024 · Out of our group, 3/5 had bad butlers, some worse than others. However, 2/5 were amazing and we we all made sure to tip him since he was doing extra work. Yacht Club Restaurant - The food was great, but the service was horrible, so slowwwwww. The drinks from the bar took 45 min and food came out slow. WebMar 2, 2024 · I didn't get too into it, but I only saw Grand suites on deck 19. The plans look like there are 2 Grand's each on decks 16 and 18. The few sailings I watched never had any Deluxe Grand Suites on any deck other than 19 either, unless they are just coincidently booked early which seems a little odd since deck 19 was mostly wide open.
