In January of 2024, I (49M) was diagnosed with Osteoporosis based on a DXA scan that showed a t-score of -3.1 on the Lumbar Spine (LS) and a t-score of -2.5 on the Femoral head (hip). Just had a DXA scan during the last week and the new scores are -2.8 LS and -2.4 Femoral Head.
