Webb13 apr. 2024 · To assess changes in protein stability, a dye-based thermal melting assay (ThermoFluor) was used. Purified protein (TAZ or TEAD4), ATA, and Protein Thermal Shift dye (ThermoFisher) were mixed in 96-well plates. The final concentration of the protein was 5 μM. The melting temperature was measured using LightCycler 480 (Roche).
